Do you want brighter skin? Then grab some blueberry oil and start your day with a glow. After all, blueberries are called superfoods for a reason. They’re packed with omega fatty acids and vitamins that boost heart health, fight aging, brighten your skin, and more. So, add these blueberry skincare products to your beauty routine, and watch your skin transform.
While blueberries won’t work magic, they can improve your skin when added to your beauty regimen.
So read below to learn more about blueberries’ beauty benefits. Or skip ahead to see blueberry beauty products by Sunday Riley, Glow Recipe, and more.
Blueberry Skin Benefits

Blueberries are bursting with nutrients that benefit your skin and health. According to Healthline, blueberries contain copper, fiber, manganese, and vitamins B6, C, E, and K.
These nutrients fight aging, balance hormones, brighten skin, and protect against free radicals.
Free radicals harm your cells, increasing your risk of illness and premature aging. But blueberries rush to your skin’s defense, stopping free radicals in their tracks.

Blueberries also contain anthocyanins, plant-based compounds that fight aging and give blueberries—and blackcurrants—their color. Plus, blueberries and blueberry oil are packed with essential fatty acids. According to Organic Authority, one cup of blueberries contains 174 milligrams of omega-3 and 258 milligrams of omega-6.
These fatty acids are essential to your skin’s health. They nourish skin, strengthen the skin’s barrier, lock in moisture, and prevent water loss.
Unfortunately, your skin retains less moisture as you age, leaving skin dry and dull. But omega fatty acids seal in moisture, keeping your skin youthful.
Blueberries’ nutrients also speed wound healing, calm inflammation, and protect your skin from pollutants. But all these nutrients work together to protect your skin, slow aging, and leave your skin supple.
Blueberry Skin Care: Safety

Homemade blueberry face masks do present risks, though. According to Healthline, DIY blueberry face masks could temporarily stain your skin or worsen skin problems.
So, you might want to stick to store-bought blueberry skincare products instead.

These nutrients tighten and brighten skin and boost radiance, creating a back-from-the-islands glow.
Cons: The price might deter some shoppers, however.

The result? Your skin looks and feels refreshed.
Cons: The price is one drawback. Also, some people are sensitive to CBD, so talk to your doctor when in doubt.
How to Use: Apply to dry skin as often as needed. However, this blueberry skin oil won’t last long; stock is limited.

Loved this post! I want to get the Juno oil, but can you specify what you mean by the scent being a con. I’m sensitive to smells by the way.
I also run a blog, would love if you checked it out: https://previewedandreviewed.wordpress.com/2022/07/14/monte-carlo/
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad you enjoyed the post!
As for the Juno oil, I listed the smell as a con because it has a natural, earthy smell that bothers some people. The smell is temporary and doesn’t bother me, but some people aren’t fans of it. Still, I think the pros outweigh the cons. I hope that helps?
I’d be happy to check out your blog, too, so thanks for letting me know!
Thanks for the specification on the Juno oil, can’t wait to get it
That Juno oil is really good by the way. I tried some that my friend had and I want to get my own. Thx!
Yes, it’s a great oil, isn’t it? It has such a nice, silky texture and works beautifully under makeup, too. Thanks for sharing your experience!
Cool products and post. I never tried Truly Beauty but everyone I know loves the line. I like Sunday Riley too so this gives me options. Thanks!
Thank you, Hailey, and I’m glad you enjoyed it! Yes, both Sunday Riley and Truly Beauty are excellent skincare lines, and I love Truly Beauty’s packaging, too.
Let me know if you have questions. Take care!
I was searching for a blueberry recipe and found your post. I’m going to show this to my sister because she was just looking for some blueberry face product yesterday and this might be what she was trying to find.
That sounds great, and I hope the article helps your sister! It can be tough weeding through all the skincare options out there. But tell your sister to reach out if she has questions.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
